Electrical Technician (Aerospace)
Shift: 1st Shift 6:00 AM start
Pay: $17/hour
Type: 90-Day Contract-to-Hire

Job Overview:
We are looking for dependable Electrical Technicians to join our aerospace production team. This is a 90-day contract-to-hire position.

Responsibilities:

Assemble test and troubleshoot electrical components for aerospace applications
Read and follow electrical schematics blueprints and work instructions
Perform visual inspections and basic electrical testing
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
Maintain organized workstations and accurate documentation
Support production targets and daily output goals

Qualifications:

Previous electrical or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to work a 6:00 AM start shift
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Reliable and punctual
