Material Handler (DaysMon-Fri (7 am to 4 pm)

The Role:

Our site inDanbury CTis seeking a/anMaterial Handlerto join our team.This positionis responsible forthe receipt inspection and warehousing of returned product cylinders as well as other activities relating to shipping receiving and inventory management as assigned.

This individual will play an active role in meeting customer delivery requirements along with solving inventory and warehouse issues. They will also be a key contributor to process improvements and cost effectiveness related to warehouse and inventory management for Entegris Products.

This fast-paced role will have the incumbent managing multiple priorities and dealing with urgent escalations from multiple departments and teams. This role will also help with auxiliary inventory and warehouse duties such as helpinglocatelost product orassistwith packaging picking and kitting.

WhatYoullDo:

• Safely Manage incoming return gas cylinder fleet (inspection warehousing)

• Work closely with other Logistics members internally and external 3pl partners tomonitorinbound cylinder returns from other regions.

• Assistwith the unloading of truckscontainingincoming raw materials.

• Consolidatingpartial pallets for incoming goods

• Safely stacking and unstackinglarge quantitiesof goods onto shelves or pallets

• Ensuring that forklift driving areas are free from spills or obstructions

• Regularly checking forklift equipment for faults or damages

• Perform receiving transactions for inventory products.

• Manage Source Gas Fleet to its entire process.

• Prints/initiates production orders to meet business needs.

• Issues materials to production orders rework orders etc.

• Kit finished and semi-finished goods as operational temporequires tospecifications from ordersutilizinga combination of packaging materials and instructions with a high degree of accuracy.

• Performs QN initiated material movements.

• Perform Scrap transactions and submission of blanket MRB IAAF form.

• Support Logistics with Export Hazmatand Non-Hazmatoutbound shipments.

• Ability to use Fork Truck and ladders safely and effectively to support daily company and departmentobjectives.

What We Seek:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2-3 years of logisticexperience in ahigh-volumemanufacturing/operations environment.

• Basic knowledge of domestic and international shipping methods.

• Previousexperience in receipt of incoming goods and returned materials.

• ERP Systems experience.

• MS Word and Excel knowledge.

• Forklift truckexperience.

• Ability tolift upto 50lbs.

• Must be able to work fully on site.

OutstandingCandidatesWillHave:

• SAP experience

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
