Job Summary
Senior Commercial Quality Specialist

Are you a food quality professional with passion to serve customers. We are now seeking for a Senior Commercial Quality Specialist located in Belgium. You will be based in Roeselare in Belgium and report to the Commercial Quality Manager.
Your mission
In this role you will secure food safety regulatory compliance and customer trust across our customer brands. Working handson with customers providing product and packing material data labeling and quality requests youll make sure every product we sell is safe compliant and meets customer and consumer expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities
Work directly with customers by maintaining and updating customerspecific product specifications and quality documentation (FAQs certificates statements).
Manage selfassessments surveys and quality questionnaires from customers
Investigate complaints perform rootcause analysis and reporting
Coordinate customer audits on commercial quality and regulatory compliance (labelling legal requirements).
Verify ingredient lists declarations claims and artwork for compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
Calculate and maintain product data (ingredients nutritional values) and ensure recipe compliance in collaboration with R&D.
Participating in Customer Meetings to bring the combined expertise of commercial and quality knowledge
What we expect
Masters Degree in BioEngineering Food Science or Food Technology.
5 years relevant experience in the food industry.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus (Dutch German French).
Strong analytical skills exceptional attention to detail and the ability to integrate information from multiple sources.
Confidence working crossfunctionally with Supply Chain R&D Marketing and Business Areas and externally with authorities customers suppliers and control bodies.
