The Role: Commercial Lines Account Manager
Were looking for a licensed Florida Commercial Account Manager with at least2 years of experience ideally from a larger agency or brokerage environment whos ready to bring their knowledge somewhere it truly matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a commercial lines book of business with accuracy and professionalism
- Handle renewals endorsements policy changes certificates and coverage inquiries
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients carriers and internal teams
- Collaborate with producers to support new business renewals and retention efforts
- Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
- Identify gaps inefficiencies or risk exposures and communicate proactively
- Maintain detailed and organized client files within the agency management system
- Follow established workflows while contributing ideas for process improvement
- Assist in documenting and refining commercial servicing procedures as the department grows
- Ensure timely follow-up and high service standards across all accounts
What You Bring
- Active Florida P&C license (2-20 or 4-40)
- 2 years of commercial account management experience
- Strong understanding of commercial workflows renewals endorsements and servicing
- Organized detail-driven and process-minded
- A desire to contribute ideas and help streamline how things are done
