Job Summary

What Youll Do

Diagnose repair and maintain water treatment systems
Perform preventive maintenance and system testing
Complete basic plumbing repairs (PVC copper galvanized)
Conduct flow rate testing and basic electrical troubleshooting (24V/110V)
Service and troubleshoot RO systems Britton Method systems and Triple-O systems
Calibrate flow meters feed pumps and controllers
Repack filtration media and identify system issues
Read and interpret technical manuals
Explain system operation and repair needs to customers

Water Sampling & Testing

Collect and analyze water samples in the field and shop
Test for hardness and pH; calculate proper brine dosage
Collect samples for methane VOCs organics microbiological testing and minerals
Identify colloidal iron and calculate polymer dosing

Customer & Job Site Responsibilities

Communicate professionally with customers
Maintain clean safe and organized job sites
Leave accurate service and maintenance reports
Collect COD payments when required

Additional Duties

Maintain and fuel service vehicles
Attend required meetings and training

Location & Schedule

Dispatched from Sebastopol office
Field work on customer property; occasional overnight travel
Full-time non-exempt
MondayFriday 7:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Meal and rest breaks provided per labor law
