POSITON PROFILE
Access Healthcare Services(AHS)is dedicated to delivering homeand communityhealth services of the highest standard with a focus on compassion quality and service excellence. TheSenior Manager Program Development and Operational Supportwilllead theAccess Integrated Care Solutions divisionof Access Healthcare Serviceswhile also supporting theoverall operational needs of the role is pivotal in ensuring that community health needs are met through high-quality accessible services while also driving the financial sustainability and growth of thedivision.
TheSenior Manager Program Development and Operational Supportpromotesa culture of innovation critical thinking and proactive problem solving to ensure strategic initiatives align with AHSs vision and values. The role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building relationships with potential clients and partners and developing strategies to increase market share in the home and community health industry.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Development:
Developimplementandmaintaina comprehensive business plan forthe Integrated Care SolutionsDivision.
Identifymarket opportunities and create strategies to attract andretainindustry partners andclients.
Set short-term and long-term goals aligned with theOrganizations mission and financialobjectives.
Operational Leadership:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of theDivision ensuring efficient and effectiveservice delivery.
Supportthe Organizations operationalobjective as a whole contributingto process improvement and quality initiatives.
Collaborate with theProgram Managersto ensure the seamless coordination of resources and field staff across both divisions of Access Healthcare Servicesoptimizingoperational efficiency and supporting the success of boththe private sector and government funded divisions.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of servicesmaking adjustmentsas necessary to maintain high standards.
Clinical Excellence:
Overseesclient care delivery and care managementwithin the AICS divisionensuring a focus on quality clientcentredcare.
Ensures all program deliverables comply with established guidelines and consistently meets quality performanceand accreditation standards
Supports and promotescompliance with professional and best practice standards and safety requirementsat all times.
In collaboration with the clinical educators supports and/delivers clinical education in accordance with best practice standards and CNO Standards of Practice.
Policy Development and Adherence:
Supports development reviews and ensures adherence to all policies and proceduresregardingclinicalqualityand operational practices.
Ensuresthe care deliveryteams are practicingin accordance withcontractual obligations and organizational policies and procedures.
Customer Service:
Demonstrates clinicalexpertisewithin the scope ofnursing outstanding customer service and strong technicalproficiency.
When escalation isrequiredengages withclients and their families to ensure customer satisfaction andtimelyfollow upofconcerns or issues including effective and efficient incident reporting and management.
Supports and/or actively engages in care conferences (when required) to resolve escalated concerns involving clients families or employees.
Human Resources:
In collaborationwith theLeadershipTeam andTalent Acquisition Specialistsupports andparticipatesin recruitment orientation/onboarding trainingmentoringand coaching.
Monitors the performance of assigned reports and/or the care delivery team andaddressesconcernsas per established organizational policies and procedures.
Leads and supports staff performance management processes to foster accountability and professional growth.
Supportsthe delivery of clinical services in the AICS clinicand provides coveragein exceptional circumstances.
Financial Management:
In collaboration with theSeniorLeadership Teammanagesbudgetary requirements effectively andensuresfinancial targets are met.
Analyzesfinancial reports and metrics toidentifyareas for improvement and growth.
Works with the Finance teamregardingservice provision andclientaccounts in arrears.
Ensuresappropriatecompletionof service agreements and securement of fundingsources.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standardsas applicable.
Team Building and Management:
Develop and support recruitment and training initiatives; provide mentorship to team members tofacilitatehigh performance and the delivery ofexceptional private pay services.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages professional development and growth.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Community Engagement and Marketing:
Build strong relationships with community stakeholders healthcare providers and potential clients.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote theDivisions services.
Represent theOrganization at community events and professional conferences.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure all services meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
Implementsquality assurance programs to continuously improve service delivery.
In collaboration with the team address and resolve any client concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
