About the Role:

Join Floor Coverings International of Upstate South Carolina as an In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate! You will have the exciting opportunity to help homeowners bring their flooring visions to life while working with a dynamic team dedicated to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and preferences for flooring and design.
Present flooring options samples and design solutions tailored to each clients style.
Provide accurate measurements and pricing estimates for flooring projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
Stay updated on industry trends products and installation techniques.
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage sales leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales preferably in flooring or home improvement.
Strong design sense and the ability to visualize flooring solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid drivers license.
Familiarity with flooring products and installation processes is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
