Inviting applications for the role of Manager Scout Product Analytics
As a Talent Scout youll serve as a trusted business advisor to our leaders talent team and hiring managers by driving external candidate engagement and driving talent to Genpact. Youll ensure an exceptional candidate experience for every candidate so our reputation for quality and innovation will be in your return youll have the support of a network of highly knowledgeable colleagues and the opportunity to make a significant impact at Genpact.

Responsibilities
User Feedback and Analysis
Monitor Scout usage metrics and feedback; support in triaging bugs feature requests enhancements etc.
Prepare fortnightly insights report on usage trends user satisfaction and other KPIs
Release Planning Support
Validate feature demos against acceptance criteria in sprint reviews (wear users hat)
Prepare user-experience/journey stories for Scouts capability booklet
Issue & Escalation Management
Maintain open/ risk issues log and technical debt associated with each release across work web and co-pilot (drive to resolution)
Governance Support
Support with governance updates and agenda items
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role preferably in a multi-site environment.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers networks storage and security systems.
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address IT-related challenges.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
