Job Summary

岗位任务类

支持和协助建立销售团队审核和整理新入职代理人的相关资料并将资料信息录入系统

协助营销总监进行团队日常管理提升代理人团队的出勤率/出单率/活动率/有效人力比例等业务指标

负责相关业务行政工作及时跟进和督促照会和问题件的处理跟踪保单回执提高业务品质

及时完成各类代收现金的入账业务费用的报销

负责所属部门的档案管理工作;

对所辖范围的内部控制有效性负责监督管理协调所辖范围内工作在确保符合法律法规监管要求以及公司内部的规章制度的基础上识别评估监控和报告相关风险并负责传导公司所倡导的文化包括风险管理文化合规经营理念等

及时报告工作过程中所发现的违规事件或潜在风险并提出纠正或改进建议

协助审计部完成审计相关工作并根据审计报告完成整改工作

配合总公司各部门完成各类项目及工作

完成上级安排的其他工作任务
