Position Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of design the Product Designer will be at the forefront of our digital transformation initiatives. Your primary focus will be redesigning our brand website and enhancing our web and mobile experiences. This role offers a unique opportunity to create a significant impact by
delivering intuitive and visually appealing digital banking solutions. You will split your time between deep design work and close collaboration with front-end developers to ensure components are production ready and scalable. This is a hands-on role for someone who moves fast sweats the details and loves clean sharp UI.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Build and scale Haventree Banks design system from scratch
Create design tokens (colors typography spacing motion etc.)
Design core UI components and patterns for web and mobile
Audit existing product screens and map them back to reusable components
Work backwards from live product to systematize UI
Document components usage guidelines and best practices in Figma
Collaborate closely with front-end developers to push components to code
Partner with engineering to ensure design-to-dev consistency
Maintain high visual quality across all product surfaces
Iterate quickly based on feedback and evolving product needs

Qualifications & Experience:

Degrees Diplomas & Certifications:

The position requires college/university/post-graduate or equivalent education and work
experience.
50% deep focus design documentation
50% developer collaboration (handoffs QA component implementation)

Years and Range of Experience Required to Perform the Job:

23 years of hands-on design system experience
Strong visual design skills clean modern sharp UI
Experience designing for e-commerce banking or investing products
Strong digital product background (web mobile apps)
Proven experience building components from scratch
Deep Figma expertise (auto layout variants component architecture)
Strong attention to detail and pixel-level precision
