• Hit or exceed booking and revenue targets

• Not customer service/support
• Not billing or service recovery
• Not technician coordination
• Not cold calling

• 3 years of inside sales or inbound call-center sales experience
• Proven track record closing inbound leads
• Strong objection-handling and follow-up habits
• Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale
• Professional confident phone presence

• Home services experience (pest control HVAC lawn roofing etc.)
• Experience selling recurring or subscription services
• CRM experience

• Booking conversion rate
• Revenue per lead
• Follow-up completion
• Discount and pricing adherence
• Call quality and professionalism

• Warm inbound leads no cold calling
• Hourly pay plus uncapped commission
• Clear pricing and sales guidelines
• Sales-only role with no customer service distraction
• Stable weekday schedule (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)
