Responsibilities include:
- Pipeline Management: Manage a high volume of outbound and inbound leads with the same precision youd use to manage a 10-table station.
- Consultative Selling: Identify client pain points and present tailored solutions moving beyond order taking to active problem-solving.
- Daily Drills: Participate in daily sales scrums role-play scenarios and feedback sessions to sharpen your pitch.
- Database Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions within our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Exceed Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for call volume discovery meetings and closed deals.
Skills & Qualifications
The Non-Negotiables:
- Fine Dining Pedigree: Previous experience in a high-pressure fine-dining environment. You understand luxury standards and high-touch communication.
- Competitive Background: Experience playing sports at a collegiate semi-pro or highly competitive club level. You know how to play for a team and how to bounce back from a loss.

Technical & Professional Skills:
