As aNurse ManageratCastle Peakyoull oversee clinical operations mentor nursing staff and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and experienced leader who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults
Position Type:Full-Time benefits eligible position with rotational on-call schedule
Shift Available:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wage Range:$95000 - $125000 annually depending on experience
RN Manager Responsibilities:
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
- Works to coordinate oversee and provide resident-related care.
- Manages other nurses and nursing aides responsibilities and outcomes.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Director of Nursing attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
- Performs additional duties as required.
- Current CO Nursing License.
- Prior experience in geriatric care stronglypreferred.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
