Job Summary
Description
Job Responsibilities ：
- Manage products through NPI process complete Phase Exit gates and deliver qualified products meeting NPI deliverables to the Operations team.
- Primary responsibility to develop and manage the project schedule communicate status highlight gaps to plan.
- Primary team interface working with design team internal support groups operations team and marketing.
- Set manage and communicate expectations to the project team management and other stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project resource constraints dependencies and critical paths to accomplish the program goals; resolve issues.
- Manage material supply to ensure build configuration and schedule will support required NPI deliverables.
- Regular communication with off-shore manufacturing and supply chain team members.
- Light travel for development activities: global team coordination product transfer and problem resolution.
Qualifications And Experience ：
- Education: Better to own MS in an engineering or science discipline
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with optical transceivers or components desirable.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or Product Lifecycle Management processes.
- Experience successfully managing cross-functional teams interacting with a broad range of functions skills cultures and personalities
- Highly self-motivated with a strong multi-disciplinary background is essential
- Strong communication planning and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving critical thinking and risk management skills
- Previous experience as an engineer or Operations a strong advantage
