Your mission
Lead and coordinate a high-performance production team building advanced UAV systems. Youll ensure targets are met while maintaining safety quality and morale.
Responsibilities
Manage daily production schedules shift planning and workload allocation.
Supervise technicians and associates ensuring standards and procedures are met.
Report KPIs and escalate blockers early.
Support onboarding training and certification of new staff.
Act as liaison between Production Quality and Engineering.
Qualifications
5 years leadership in production environments (aerospace or automotive preferred).
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and production control.
Proven people-management and coaching skills.
High operational awareness and discipline.
