We are looking for an HR Managerfor ourIberia Decorativebusiness based in Barcelona.
You will be the key HR point of contact for ourSales and Marketingteams combining a strategic view with very handson operational support close to the business.
You will work in amultinational matrix environment collaborating with different functions and countries and driving change and growth initiatives.
What you will do
- Act as HR Business Partnerfor DecorativeSales and Marketingteams.
- Provide advice and coaching to managerson organization performance development compensation and talent management.
- Support and drivebusiness initiatives and change projects both commercial and organizational.
- Manage the employee lifecycle in a generalist way: onboarding development performance and offboarding in close collaboration with People Services and CoEs.
- FacilitateP&DD talent calibration and workforce planningprocesses.
- Identifylearning and development needsand work with CoEs to implement suitable solutions.
- Driveengagement culture and internal communication initiatives.
- Ensure correct implementation ofglobal HR processesat local level.
- Promote the use ofselfservice tools by managers and employees and coordinate transactional topics with People Services.
- Ensure full compliance withlocal labor legislationin all HR policies and practices.
- Managelabor relations(works councils unions etc.) at the relevant level.
- Participate ininternal/external auditsand investigations when required.
What we are looking for
- University degree (HR Psychology Business Administration Lawor similar).
- At least5 years of experienceas anHR Generalist / HRBP ideally in amultinationalandmatrixenvironment.
- Experience working closely withSales and/or Marketingpopulations; experience inFMCGor strongly commercial environments will be highly valued.
- Dynamic flexible profilewith strong adaptability solutionoriented and a genuineteam player.
- Ability to combinestrategic thinking and operational execution: from designing initiatives to implementing them and being handson in daytoday topics.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills strong stakeholder management.
- High level of English (mandatory) comfortable communicating in international settings (written and spoken).
- Ability to work effectively incomplex fastchanging environments handling a certain degree of ambiguity.
