Job Summary

Owns the comprehensive finance leadership in the Market including local control and compliance FP&A treasury and tax to ensure finance practices in Market are adhere to Nu Skins company policies and procedures
Analyze financial closing results including P&L and balance sheet to ensure the month end closing is completed with high quality and in accordance with US GAAP by working with regional Shared Service team
Implement appropriate internal controls over financial statements and all compliance requirements such as Anti-Corruption Anti-Bribery and FCPA in the local market
Owner of implementation SOX control framework and testing result in the Market
Act as approver of key accounts reconciliation (being prepared by the Shared Service team) to ensure appropriate integrity of balance sheet for the Market in accordance with US GAAP and maintain a high-level compliance & control agility
Working with external and internal auditors for any quarter and annual audit requirements
Provide explanations of financial results variance to prior year budget & forecast to provide insightful commentary on results to the Market leadership team
Lead the annual budgeting process and forecasting process by working with business owners to develop departmental revenue COGS and expense budgets and forecast
Identify areas for improvement in finance/accounting or business processes and work with necessary stakeholders to implement positive changes
Partner with regional Share Service team to continuously optimize the service level of Shared Service center
Responsible for any local finance business partner supporting need that deemed necessary to be carried out at the local market level include but not limited to local tax liaison Cost Analysis gross margin improvement initiative advisory re: US GAAP etc.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Undergraduate degree in Finance Auditing or Accounting MBA and/or CPA (or equivalent) preferred
CPD (Continuous Professional Development) license
Proficient in English (Professional level)
8 years experience in accounting finance or a related field with a focus on controllership & Finance partnership preferably in retail/FMCG/direct selling industry
Ability to effectively interact with management
Strong management presence and ability to influence decision makers
Self-starter able to work independently while keeping manager apprised of progress and issues
Ability to translate analytical findings into concise findings and/or recommendations
Able to complete assignments in a timely manner while managing competing priorities
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to develop concise analytical summaries for consumption by senior management
