Nos encontramos en la Búsqueda de un analista funcional experto en negocio fiduciario que cumpla con el siguiente perfil:
Requisitos:
- Técnico tecnólogo o profesional en ingeniería de Sistemas informática administración o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de dos (2) años como analista funcional.
- Experiencia en negocio fiduciario.
- Eficiente organizado y con entendimiento de metodología ágil.
- Experiencia herramientas BBVA (JIRA).
Funciones y responsabilidades:
- Delegación de Presencia: Asistir a sesiones operativas (refinamientos seguimientos) asegurando que se cumplan lineamientos y llevar los puntos que requieren para decisión del lider.
- Auditoría de Avance: Revisar periódicamente que los equipos reporten en las herramientas (Jira/Master) coincida con la realidad del avance. Que se cumplan con los criterios exigidos.
- Primer Filtro de Escalamiento: Atender dudas funcionales o de proceso de los POs y Líderes Técnicos. Resolver lo táctico y elevarme solo lo estratégico.
- Seguimiento de Compromisos: Perseguir los acuerdos que el líder o gerente deje pactados en las reuniones (ej: El PO quedó de entregar X documento el martes) para asegurar que se cumplan sin que el líder o gerente tenga que hacer el micromanagement.
- Backup Funcional: Capacidad de entender el negocio para cubrir ausencias puntuales si un PO falta o necesita apoyo en una definición.
Deseables:
- Importante experiencia o experto en negocio fiduciario.
Habilidades complementarias:
- Actitud: Proactiva y leal a la gestión del programa.
