Job Description:
TheSr Laboratory Equipment Representative (LER)drives revenue growth and customer success within an assigned territory by developing and executing a strategic sales plan focused on key accounts new opportunities and long-term partnerships. Acting as a trusted advisor the LER uncovers customer needs monitors market and competitive dynamics and delivers differentiated customer-centric solutions through collaboration with internal specialists and channel partners. This role requires strong business and sales acumen including effective pipeline management forecasting pricing and margin discipline and execution against annual growth objectives. The LER builds deep relationships with customers through consultative selling product expertise demonstrations and training while leveraging CRM tools and disciplined business processes to manage opportunities and close business. Operating with a high level of autonomy and urgency the LER consistently drives results adapts to change and role-models Thermo Fisher Scientifics4I Valuesin every customer interaction.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required preferably with an emphasis in Life Sciences STEM or Business
3 years of proven success in a field-based sales role preferably within laboratory equipment capital equipment or scientific consumables
Experience with capital equipment sales and/or regulated environments preferred
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a territory strategy that drives pipeline growth and achieves revenue targets
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover customer needs articulate value and close complex opportunities
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid business acumen including pricing margin awareness forecasting and opportunity management
Knowledge of laboratory workflows industry trends and competitive technologies with the ability to position differentiated solutions
Experience collaborating with internal partners (specialists service marketing) and channel partners to deliver customer solutions
Proficiency with CRM tools ( preferred) and standard business technology (Microsoft Office iPad)
Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel to meet sales goals.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel up to 50-75% as needed
Fluency in English required; additional language skills valued for international roles
Ability to work in various laboratory environments.
