About the Team
As a member of our diverse and skilled Medium Enterprise Solution Consulting Financial Services North America team you will have the opportunity to communicate and demonstrate the power of Workdays Financials applications to prospects and customers alike. It is this teams job to bring the value of Workday solutions to life and showcase how the world of work can be transformed. Along with working closely with our sales counterparts this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management Consulting Services Marketing and Value Management teams providing exposure to various areas of the business.About the Role
In this role you will maximize your polished presentation abilities collaborative pre-sales experience and your finance and accounting expertise to articulate and differentiate the value of Workday Financials and expand the adoption of Workday products and solutions.
Responsibilities:
The delivery of relevant product presentations demonstrations workshops and seminars
Assisting in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution and product offerings
Contributing to the qualification of prospects and customer proposed demonstration criteria proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans
Supporting all sales marketing technical and channel objectives
Assisting sales in the response to RFIs and RFPs
Ability to travel up to 50%
About You
Basic Qualifications:
4 years of core accounting (GL AR AP) Projects and Financial Reporting
3years accounting functional implementation and or consulting experience
Other Qualifications:
Experience in Financial Services a plus
Excellent communication interpersonal and demo presentation skills
Must have desire and ability to drive success in a fast-paced environment
Must be a self-started and be able to work independently and with a team
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and apply technologies to address business challenges
Bachelors degree or in lieu of a degree; proven related experience applicable for the role
Experience working with operational financial and analytics data
Unrivaled professional presentation experience to the C-Suite
Prior presales experience in selling EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) applications to the CFOs organization a plus

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus as well as annual refresh stock grants.
