As a Travel Physical Therapist in this assignment youll perform comprehensive patient evaluations design individualized treatment plans implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress to restore function and independence. Your responsibilities include gait training balance rehabilitation manual therapy strengthening and range-of-motion work neuromuscular reeducation edema management and discharge planning. Youll document outcomes accurately communicate with physicians and care teams educate patients and families and advocate for evidence-based practice.
