Hartford HealthCare is actively hiring qualified Nursing Students for an 8-week full-time (3640 hrs/week) paid summer experience designed to immerse nursing students in a specialty area of practice. Fellows will gain hands-on clinical experience classroom learning and professional development all while exploring the role of a Registered Nurse at Hartford HealthCare.

Who can apply
Nursing students in a 2-year 4-year or accelerated program graduating in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.

Eligibility Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a BSN ASN or Accelerated Nursing program
Expected graduation: Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
Preferred GPA of 3.2 or better
