Job Summary

Schedule & Shift Details
Shift: Evening / Night
Hours: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Schedule: 5 days per week
Weekly Hours: 37.540 hours
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
Lunch: Mandatory unpaid lunch break each shift
Compensation
Local Pay Rate: $52/hour
Travel Pay Rate: $64/hour
Traveler Estimated Weekly Stipend: $1629.38
Estimated Total Weekly Compensation: $2390.63
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a long-term care setting. The RN will be responsible for delivering safe effective nursing care while ensuring compliance with clinical standards policies and resident care plans.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or nursing home environment
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes or concerns
Assist with LPN and CNA duties as needed to support resident care
Accurately document all care and interventions using PointClickCare EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans
Ensure compliance with facility policies procedures and safety standards
Maintain professional conduct strong attendance and punctuality
Required Experience
Recent experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility settings Required
Licensure & Certifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Required
Additional Requirements
PointClickCare EMR experience Required
Strong attendance and reliability required
Excessive tardiness or call-offs may result in early termination
