What Youll Do
As a Restoration Technician youll be part of a tight-knit team that responds to property damage emergencies. With a One Team mindset you will:
- Manage Customer satisfaction and represent the PuroClean brand with professionalism
- Perform restoration services following company guidelines
- Maintain and organize vehicles tools and equipment
- Work closely with your supervisor to keep projects efficient and on track
- Follow uniform and policy standards to uphold our brand identity
- Leave every jobsite clean orderly and ready for the next step
- Develop technical expertise through hands-on work
- Keep equipment and products clean and in top condition
- Communicate clearly with office staff supervisors and teammates
- A desire to learn grow and build a long-term career
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to stay organized and keep accurate records
- Respect for safety and care for teammates and customers
- Comfort with multitasking and meeting deadlines
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active on your feet
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
