About the role.

The Sanitation Manager leads all sanitation programs at the facility to ensure food safety audit readiness and regulatory compliance. This role works cross-functionally with Quality Production Maintenance Engineering and Corporate teams to drive sanitation excellence safety and continuous improvement.

What youll be doing.

Lead the sanitation department to ensure compliance with food safety human safety chemical safety and regulatory requirements
Own audit readiness sanitation shutdowns sanitary design projects and sanitation improvement initiatives
Partner with Quality to execute food safety food defense HACCP and health & safety programs
Track and analyze sanitation performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Manage sanitation budget training pest control and contractor/vendor relationships

What youll need to be successful.

Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience
Experience leading sanitation operations in a food processing environment
Working knowledge of HACCP GMPs sanitation best practices and basic microbiology
Prior people leadership and project management experience
Strong communication organization and computer skills (Microsoft Office; SAP preferred)

Compensation Package:$81600.00 - $108900.00 . USD annually Bonus eligibility
