The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong operational mindset to manage and optimise our key distributor partnership across the UK Europe the Middle East & Africa. This role is focused on day-to-day account ownership operational delivery and commercial execution ensuring our distributor is set up for success through strong processes clear communication and exceptional support.
This role is full time fully remote so are open to applicants all over UK & Europe.
You will act as the primary point of contact for our largest distributor working closely with their sales and product teams while partnering internally with Sales Business Development Inventory and Logistics. This role is ideal for someone with proven account management experience who thrives in complex environments enjoys improving how things work and understands the importance of flawless execution in driving long-term account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Account Ownership & Relationship Management
- Own and manage the end-to-end distributor relationship across the UK Europe and the Middle East (And some South Africa)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial operational and day-to-day account matters.
- Build strong trusted relationships with senior stakeholders sales team and technical contacts.
- Understand distributor needs and priorities to ensure alignment with Your Reformers products processes and capabilities.
- Act as the internal advocate for the distributor to ensure consistent service delivery and issue resolution.
Commercial Support & Sales Enablement
- Support and enable distributor sales teams through comprehensive product education and training developing a deep understanding of core products accessories and digital solutions (including kiosks) to drive sales growth and strengthen distributor relationships.
- Track performance against agreed targets and provide insights to support revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve pipeline conversion sales effectiveness and account performance.
- Partner closely with internal Commercial Sales and Business Development teams to align on priorities and growth initiatives.
Operational Excellence & Delivery
- Own post-sale operations including end-to-end implementation and onboarding of distributors with responsibility for rollout checklists and kiosk deployment.
- Coordinate closely with Inventory and Logistics teams to ensure smooth ordering delivery and installation processes.
- Manage forecasting order cycles fulfilment planning and operational escalations.
- Ensure distributor expectations are aligned with inventory availability lead times and global logistics processes.
- Drive continuous improvement across account operations to reduce friction and improve efficiency.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Provide regular reporting on account performance sales activity KPIs and risks.
- Maintain accurate data within CRM systems to support forecasting and planning.
- Identify operational gaps process improvements and opportunities to strengthen the partnership.
- Proactively address challenges to ensure high levels of distributor satisfaction and long-term retention.
What You Bring
- 5 years experience in account management distributor management or B2B commercial roles.
- Demonstrated success managing large or complex accounts with a strong focus on operational execution.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales logistics inventory and product teams.
- Strong organisational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for forecasting reporting and pipeline management.
- Experience within health clubs fitness wellness or studio environments is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to international or multi-market accounts is highly desirable.
