Job Summary
- Analyze evaluate challenge and align business requirements and translate them into technical designs to improve and develop the current CRM landscape focused on the Loyalty tools and mechanics.
- Consult our stakeholders in technical questions for the solution design
- Define AS-IS processes and create TO-BE solutions to improve current processes and develop new capabilities.
- Create and moderate workshops by respecting methods of business analysis
- Write and track Epics and User Stories (in Jira)
Qualifications :
- Self-organized way of working excellent communication and motivational skills
- First experience in business analysis/requirements engineering
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Analytical and Problem-solving mindset
- Team player (colleagues as well as external partners)
