Job Summary
- Developing implementing and maintaining EHS programs in accordance with Sikas global guidelines and local legislation.
- Monitoring work processes and ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordination of preventive inspections safety observations incidents and near-miss analyses
- Organization and implementation of EHS training and awareness of employees.
- Identification of environmental aspects and impact assessment (lifecycle approach hazardous substances waste emissions energy efficiency).
- Management and maintenance of the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and Sikas internal processes.
- Monitoring quality KPIs analysing deviations and proposing improvements.
- Coordination of internal and external quality audits.
- Performing other tasks according to the needs and the order of the superior.
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of EHS legislation environmental legislation and safe work rules.
- Experience from the production environment is an advantage.
- Good level of english knowledge both written and verbal communication
- Understanding of Sika CMS or other integrated management systems (preference).
- Analytical skills accuracy self-initiative.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage projects and implement change.
- Good command of computer tools (Excel reports record management systems).
