Youll create a standout candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding bringing clarity warmth and creativity to every interaction. Youll manage talent pipelines support internal mobility and partner closely with regional TA and Talent Development to accelerate the careers of our rising stars.
As a trusted advisor to hiring managers youll provide market insights coach leaders on best practices and stay plugged into emerging talent trends. Youll lead handson recruitment across all functionsowning role briefs sourcing interviewing offers and onboardingwhile ensuring our brand culture and values shine through at every stage.
Youll champion our employer brand elevate our presence on LinkedIn and strengthen partnerships with hospitality schools and universities. With a strong focus on data integrity inclusive hiring and ATS excellence youll track key recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement across properties.
Youll collaborate closely with the People & Culture team to create a seamless employee journey ensure fair and marketaligned compensation processes and support the development plans of our highpotential team members.

Qualifications :
- Pre-opening experience
- Educated to bachelors degree level or beyond most likely within a business or human resources management related discipline or experience equivalent.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is essential
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or related field.
- Experience: 510 years in Talent Acquisition within luxury hospitality or Lifestyle industry preferably in Thailand and Phuket
- Skills: Strong sourcing expertise stakeholder management and proficiency in recruitment platforms (e.g. SmartRecruiters).
- Competencies: Excellent communication cultural awareness resilience under pressure and ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Previous working experience in a truly global work environment is essential.
