Job Summary
In this role you will contribute to the smooth conduct of global clinical trials ensure high-quality clinical supplies flow and on-time delivery of medications to clinical trial sites.
Office and storage facility-based in Sofia Bulgaria
Responsibilities:
- Handling of study medication including receipt inventory storage and distribution of study medications to investigative sites
- Recall reconciliation and disposal of study medications
- Performing study medication labeling and re-labeling
- Maintenance of clinical supplies database and retention of documentation
- Processing study medication flow in the clinical supplies database
- Communication with clinical project teams company departments and vendors with regard to clinical supplies distribution
- Maintenance of temperature and humidity registration logs
- Performing temperature mapping in drug storage areas
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Pharmacy
- Previous experience as a Pharmacist
- Prior experience in warehouse and manufacturing facilities or clinical research is a plus
- Native Bulgarian and B1 level in English spoken and written
- Organizational and planning skills
- Detail-oriented able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented with good interpersonal skills
