The Global Communications & Platforms Assistant plays an important supporting role at the heart of Experians Global Communications function. You will ensure our platforms processes governance requirements and daily operations run smoothly.
This is a detail-driven operations role for someone who enjoys systems accuracy process and supporting a fast-paced global team.
This role reports to the Global Internal Communications Lead and is part of Experians Global Communications team which supports company-wide communications and works with teams across the business to enable clear consistent communication with employees investors and external stakeholders around the world.
What youll be doing:
Digital platforms and data management
- Maintain accurate data audience groups and access permissions across communications platforms and related digital tools.
- Ensure updates are completed in line with governance and security requirements by managing user access throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Provide routine support for platform queries basic troubleshooting and daily maintenance.
- Monitor data quality and support ongoing accuracy and compliance checks across all relevant systems.
Communications logistics
- Prepare publish and distribute pre-approved global communications across designated channels.
- Support the scheduling and execution of communication workflows ensuring accuracy correct targeting and delivery.
- Help maintain visibility of planned communications activity flagging potential overlaps or scheduling considerations.
- Prepare routine performance reports from platform analytics.
Risk Security & Compliance support
- Help complete routine risk compliance and security documentation for communications platforms and suppliers.
- Help with periodic assessments by gathering required information completing templates and ensuring submissions meet internal standards.
- Collect and maintain clear records to support compliance tracking tool governance and risk reviews.
- Work with the team to ensure platforms and processes align with Experian policies.
Operational coordination
- Manage access licenses and documentation for the tools and systems used across the Global Communications function.
- Support operational workflows for major communications plans.
- Help with ad-hoc administrative tasks that keep daily operations running smoothly.
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
- 2 years experience in operations or administration support
- Confidence working with digital tools platforms data sets and structured processes.
- Responsibly and operate within governance requirements.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones.
