Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Create and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision and creativity
Develop new drink recipes and seasonal cocktail menus
Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked bar station
Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests professionally
Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with legal regulations
Manage inventory restock supplies and minimize waste
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Maintain knowledge of spirits wines beers and current drink trends
Design and prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency and precision
Develop new drink recipes and seasonal menus
Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked bar
Engage guests with a friendly professional and knowledgeable service style
Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and food pairings
Ensure compliance with alcohol laws safety standards and company policies
Manage inventory bar supplies and ingredient freshness
Train junior bartenders/bar staff when needed
Handle cash POS systems and accurate order processing
Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of cocktail techniques and ingredients
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Creativity and attention to detail
Time management and multitasking abilities
Understanding of health safety and alcohol laws
