Your mission
As Junior Partner Marketing Manager youll play a dual role that bridges partner marketing execution and strategic support to our VP Partnerships. This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in both partner relationship management and marketing execution within the fast-growing eCommerce space.
Your time will be split equally between two focus areas:
50% Partner Marketing Activities (Partner-Facing Strategic & Execution)Youll take ownership of partner marketing initiatives from concept through execution working directly with our agency partners to co-create and implement campaigns. Youll help coordinate partner webinars as strategic lead-generation measures manage partner-specific marketing materials and be the operational face to partners on marketing collaboration. This isnt just about execution; youll build real relationships and help shape joint go-to-market strategies.
50% Junior Support Function to VP PartnershipsYoull be the operational backbone supporting our VP Partnerships coordinating with internal marketing on outbound campaigns and conducting meeting preparations and follow-ups for partner calls with our active partners. Youll help bridge partner requests with internal marketing execution ensuring smooth operations and clear communication flow.
What youll do:
- Coordinate and execute partner webinars managing timelines content and partner collaboration
- Work directly with agency partners to co-create marketing campaigns and joint go-to-market activities
- Manage partner-specific marketing materials ensuring consistency and quality
- Serve as the operational point of contact for partners on marketing collaboration
- Maintain the Partner Command Center in Notion with weekly updates partner tracking and performance documentatio
- Prepare meeting materials and follow-up documentation for partner calls
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team on partner-related campaigns and outbound list generation
- Support partner reactivation initiatives for events and campaigns
- Bridge partner requests with internal marketing execution ensuring clear handoffs and follow-through
- Help establish and maintain operational processes for partner marketing activities
Your profile
- Fresh perspective with eagerness to learn: Recent graduate or 0-2 years experience ready to dive into both strategic partner management and hands-on marketing execution
- Strong organizational skills: You naturally create structure track details and follow through on commitments
- Communication excellence: Comfortable communicating with both internal teams and external partners in German and English
- Tech-savvy: Quick to learn new tools; comfortable with marketing and coordination platforms
- Independent worker: Able to take ownership of tasks and work autonomously while knowing when to ask for guidance
