Commercial Insurance Coordinator

As a Commercial Insurance Coordinator you will support most administrative functions for the sales team including weekly reports.

Here is what a typical day looks like

Creating policy documents new business packages loss payable certificates and invoices
Supporting client transition from the sales team to the service team
You will partner with sales team and underwriting department on new business submissions
Follow up on client accounts to support resolving outstanding activities
Continuous learning through product knowledge
Participate in ongoing process improvements to support business needs
Provide weekly reports including internal metrics and accounts receivable tracking

The value you bring

Well versed in navigating multiple computer programs as once
General Insurance Level1 License is preferred must be obtained within 30 days of hire
Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Hours: Full-time / 37.5 hour/week
