GENERAL MANAGER - Bulgaria
Location: Sofia Bulgaria

THE JOB
- Provide overall leadership and direction to the organization translating strategy into execution
- Manage and develop a commercial structure including a traditional sales team and a modern trade team.
- Drive commercial performance across channels ensuring effective route-to-market execution
- Establish strong management routines KPIs reporting & performance management systems
- Lead budgeting forecasting and profitability management
- Build coach and retain a high-performing sales leadership team
THE PERSON
- Proven senior management experience within international organisations
- Background in a General Management Sales Director or Business Development leadership role
- Experience in product-based manufacturing or FMCG businesses.
- Strong people manager with demonstrated ability to lead multi-layered teams
- Commercially sharp with a track record of driving growth through execution and structure
- Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on leadership modes
- Strong leadership presence communication skills and decision-making ability
- Fluent English is required Bulgarian
