About the Role

As a highly skilled and experienced Global E-commerce Operations Manager you will lead and optimize our global e-commerce operations. You will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms logistics and international market trends. You will be responsible for driving efficiency ensuring operational excellence and enhancing customer experience across our online platforms.

What You Will Do

• Oversee end-to-end operations for our global e-commerce platforms ensuring seamless execution and delivery of online sales initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive growth.
• Assist the Sr. Director of E-commerce in analyzing marketplace expansion efforts and process coordination.
• Provide leadership by operating and managing three regional e-commerce organizations ensuring smooth workflow.
• Manage daily business operations by facilitating collaboration among team leadership to elevate e-commerce experience industry standards.
• Assist the Sr. Director of Operations by leading marketplace expansion efforts and coordinating process coordination.

What You Need

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with e-commerce platforms logistics and international market trends.
• Ability to identify and implement best practices that drive operational excellence including leveraging industry knowledge best-in-class technologies (e.g. Salesforce Shopify order management systems CRMs) and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

What is Nice to Have

• Masters and/or MBA degree
• 10 years of experience in Business Management Marketing web design digital design and/or eCommerce.

What Makes You Eligible

• Willing to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
• Willing to work from a home office located in Stamford CT or Northridge CA.
• Successfully complete background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
