LPN or RN Clinical Research Coordinator Vaccine Administration (NYC)
IMA Clinical Research is urgently seeking an LPN or RN Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in New York City. This role supports vaccine-related clinical studies and includes hands-on clinical care along with standard research coordination responsibilities.
Salary: $65000$80000 annually (based on licensure and experience)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer vaccines in accordance with study and clinical protocols
- Perform phlebotomy and collect biological samples as required by study protocols
- Ensure participant safety and accurate clinical procedures
- Perform standard clinical research coordination duties including subject visits data collection and documentation
- Maintain accurate source documentation and study records in compliance with GCP guidelines
- Communicate effectively with study participants investigators and research team members
- Follow all safety regulatory and infection-control guidelines
- Assist with additional duties and flexible scheduling as needed
Qualifications:
- Active LPN or RN license (required)
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Vaccine preparation and administration experience required
- 1 year of clinical research experience preferred (or equivalent experience)
