Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant Sixth Form College Central West London Immediate Start

Are you a Sports Graduate eager to support young people in achieving their academic and personal goals This exciting opportunity at a Sixth Form College in Central West London will see you making a meaningful difference by supporting students across Level 1 2 and 3 BTEC programmes as well as contributing to Biology lessons where your subject knowledge will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sixth Form students across BTEC Level 1 2 and 3 particularly within Sports pathways

  • Provide additional support in Biology helping students build confidence in core concepts

  • Work closely with teaching staff to keep students engaged and progressing with coursework

  • Deliver structured academic and pastoral support encouraging strong independent study habits

  • Act as a positive role model promoting confidence resilience and ambition

What Were Looking For

  • A Sports Graduate (or related discipline) with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting young adults

  • A good understanding of Biology with the confidence to assist in lessons

  • Previous experience in a school college or youth-work setting is highly desirable

  • A proactive team player who can also take initiative when supporting learners

  • A genuine interest in education and long-term aspirations towards teaching coaching or similar pathways

Location: Central West London supportive student-focused Sixth Form College
Start Date: Immediate Start continuing until July 2026
