We are currently seeking aPart-Time Clinician Supervisor (LCSW/LCADC or LPC) to support our Behavioral Health Program at our Mount Holly (Burlington) location. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed clinician who values trauma-informed culturally responsive care and is passionate about clinical leadership in a supportive mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for mental health and substance use needs
- Develop implement and monitor person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients
- Provide individual and group counseling (in-person and via telehealth)
- Utilize evidence-informed practices including Motivational Interviewing (MI) CBT/DBT-informed interventions relapse prevention and coping skills development
- Support clients with emotional regulation stress management recovery supports and linkage to community resources
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes
- Maintain timely accurate clinical documentation in the EMR in compliance with program and regulatory standards
- Provide clinical supervision and peer support to interns and clinical team members
Qualifications
Required:
- Masters degree in Social Work Counseling or a related accredited program
- Active New Jersey licensure: LCSW/LCADC or LPC
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
- Strong clinical judgment professional boundaries and ethical practice
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficiency with EMRs and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
Preferred:
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health substance use disorder treatment co-occurring disorders MAT/OTP or community mental health
- Group facilitation experience
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages)
