Company Overview
Business Operations & Leadership
- Support daily facility operations and assist with staff scheduling and coverage
- Enforce D1 brand standards policies and operational procedures
- Assist with staff development accountability and performance management
- Collaborate with the General Manager on retention revenue and growth strategies
- Communicate effectively with the D1 Home Office and regional leadership
- Lead and support team training deals and partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with schools sports programs and community organizations
- Represent D1 Training at community school and marketing events
- Support membership sales referrals and local outreach initiatives
- Strengthen D1s presence and reputation within the local market
- Ensure a high-level customer experience across all touchpoints
- Assist with assessments onboarding and goal alignment for members
- Address member concerns professionally and efficiently
- Support initiatives that maximize retention and long-term engagement
