Specifically we are looking for aTS/SCIclearedQuality Assurance Analyst - Seniorto support this missionatPope Army Airfield North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

As aQuality Assurance Analyst - Senior you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead design and implementation of QA processes across Task 7logisticsand facility management activities.
  • Establish and adhere to measurable performance metrics ensuring continuous quality improvement.
  • Evaluate quality related risks and integrate them into the risk management process.
  • Review and ensure Integrated Master Schedules align with QA practices incorporating checkpoints for verification and inspections.
  • Prepare and update project management plans to reflect QA initiatives and benchmarks.
  • Developmodify andmaintainquality evaluation and control systems and protocols.
  • Collaborate with engineering andlogisticsfunctions to ensure quality standards are in place.
  • Design and analyze inspection and testing processes mechanisms and equipment.
  • Conduct QA tests and perform statistical analysis to assess costs and responsibility fornon-compliantproducts.
  • Audit quality systems for deficiencies and ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards.
  • Ensure QA integration intoturnkeyinstallation processes and facility management sustainment plans.
  • Utilize the followingTO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power BI Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories; Archer GRC; internal audit portals; Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps.
  • Utilize the followingRole Specific Tools: Microsoft Word; Excel; SharePoint; Confluence; Jira; ServiceNow; QA tracking systems; basic statistical analysis tools.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • Previousexperience asaQuality Assurance Analystor similar rolesupporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevel
  • Minimum of 5yearsexperiencewith a BS/BA degree or3years experience with a MS/MA or1years experience with a Ph.D. OR 9 years without a degree OR 7 years with AS/AA
  • A current active DoD security clearanceat the TS/SCI level
  • US citizenship is

DesiredQualifications:

  • DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
  • Minimum of8yearsexperiencewith a BS/BA degree or6years experience with a MS/MA or3years experience with a Ph.D. OR 12 years without a degree OR 10 years with AS/AA

Work Environment:

  • Location:Pope Army Airfield NC
  • On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencefor equipment management and asset tracking
  • Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites forlogisticscoordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range

$80000 - $128000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
