The role
The Rural Health Research Institute (RHRI) is seeking an organised and proactive Administration Officer to provide high level administrative and operational support across the this pivotal role you will deliver assistance to the Executive Director manage day-to-day office operations and ensure seamless administrative workflows that underpin the Institutes research and strategic activities. You will also support key governance functions including the RHRI Advisory Board and contribute to continuous improvement of systems processes and business operations.
About you
You are an experienced and capable administrator who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting a diverse range of activities. You bring strong organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. You communicate clearly build positive working relationships and are confident using a range of administrative systems to support purchasing invoicing reporting and records management. You take initiative embrace opportunities to improve processes and are committed to contributing to the smooth and effective functioning of the Rural Health Research Institute.
