About the position
Lead and manage Oterras business and relationships for Central Europe in line with regional strategy. Be a strategic driving force across aor design and activities to maximize revenue cash contribution and grow/expand total Share of Wallet (SOW) in support of company goals. Contribute to relevant global company focus area such as GSA Market Partners Petfood Conversion Plant based etc.

Key Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for ensuring the successful delivery of the companys sales objectives designing and setting the central Europe plan aligned with the regional and global Commercial strategy
Responsible for the management of Account Managers Team Central Europe
Responsible for recruiting training and development of AM team in close collaboration with HR
Coach and support Account Manager in sales excellence:Visit preparations - Sales Project Management follow up - Contract negotiations - Internal issues using a collaborative approach
Support and track sales activity using CRM System
Manage some individual key direct customers in Central Europe
Negotiate sustainable and profitable contracts with Key customers ensuring the involvement of relevant internal parties
Analyzing and monitoring the industry trends and share accordingly with Management and Marketing to identify deeper future needs
Working closely together with Marketing R&D Customer Services Operations Regulatory and Technical Support
Prepare sales estimates contribute to budget and target setting

Ability to travel regionally (30-50%)

Skills and Competences we are looking for

Min 10 years sales (customer facing) experience in food ingredient industry
Commercial drive and proven account leadership essentials
Strong best practice driver and key system advocate
Experience working in a global matrix organization
Experience of direct people leadership/management
Highly accountable with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong communication skills.
Cross-functional business leadership experience within sales or marketing.
Bachelors degree in food science or business field

German native Written and Spoken English (another language advantageous)
Driving License good record. Insurable

Ability to travel regionally (30-50%)
