Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
Own material clear-to-build and supply chain readiness for NPI phone and platform builds from development to production handoff internally & with manufacturing partner
Cross functional liaison between engineering operations and supply chain teams to communicate materials status risks & solutions
Drive NPI and production materials risk-buy process & liability / budget management
Manage program level sourcing strategy alignment risk assessment & roll up. Ensure risk mitigation through BOM risk analysis & source qualification planning.
Proactively drive materials production readiness and supply chain development during NPI manage material budget alignment reconciliation and E&O management driving risk reduction/mitigation activities & communication reporting
Manage Supply Chain Capex across key component suppliers and manage cross-functional programs to drive efficiencies.
Own cross functional programs end to end to drive process improvements operational excellence and reporting standardization
Skills/Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above preferably in operations or business.
5 years manufacturing supply chain management experience.
Expert of material production planning delivery and vendor management.
Knowledgeable lean manufacturing techniques.
Bias for action and change strong problem solving skills.
Logical strong analytical skill.
Experience use of MRP system and MS Office.
Strong negotiation skills sourcing knowledge and experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Convincible leadership and experience of working in matrix report organization.
Fluent English of speaking writing and reading.
