What you will do

Help customers with bookings reservations changes and cancellations

Respond to inquiries through written channels and occasional inbound calls

Ensure accurate case documentation and timely follow-up

Deliver a friendly solution-oriented customer experience

Follow clear processes quality guidelines and best practices

Learn on the job with full training and continuous support provided
What we are looking for

Fluent or near-native (C1) in one of the listed languages
-
English proficiency at B2 level or higher

A positive proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Comfortable using computers and basic digital tools

EU citizenship or a valid Greek residence card is mandatory

Willingness to relocate to Greece if not currently based there
