Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers via chat email and phone with service-related inquiries
- Assist with questions related to accounts access subscriptions and platform usage
- Provide clear accurate guidance to help customers navigate digital services
- Troubleshoot common issues using a calm solution-focused approach
- Document interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems
- Identify complex or urgent cases and escalate when required
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent high-quality support experience
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greece residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
