Key Responsibilities:
- Support travellers via chat email and online tools with travel-related questions.

Handle reservations for flights hotels car rentals and activities including modifications and cancellations.

Provide clear guidance on itineraries travel requirements baggage policies and refund processes.

Assist with account updates payments and loyalty or rewards programs.

Identify urgent or complex cases (e.g. disruptions or missed connections) and escalate when needed.

Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.

Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure consistent high-quality service.

Meet service quality standards productivity goals and response-time KPIs.

Stay up to date on travel policies destination changes tools and service improvements.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
