About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Advisory Quality Senior Manager to join our clients team and lead quality risk management and governance across Advisory this role you will serve as a strategic advisor leveraging your expertise to drive delivery excellence implement innovative risk strategies and guide teams through complex problem-solving scenarios. You will mentor and coach team members build strong relationships with stakeholders and foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to shape quality practices influence strategic decisions and contribute to a dynamic and inclusive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee enterprise risk management and quality governance projects.
- Develop and implement innovative risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to identify evaluate and mitigate potential risks.
- Guide and mentor teams through complex problem-solving and decision-making scenarios.
- Foster a culture of accountability operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and professional development for team members.
- Stay current on industry trends regulatory changes and best practices in quality management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business IT Accountancy or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in quality management risk governance or related roles.
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC Agile methodologies and quality frameworks.
- Strong analytical dashboarding and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring teams and leading process improvement initiatives.
- Certifications in quality management Lean/Six Sigma or ISMS preferred.
- Ability to translate complex technical and risk concepts into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
- Can start immediately if possible.
