We are looking for a Danish speaker to join our Audi support team. This is a 100% remote role where youll provide world-class service to Audi drivers ensuring their journey is as smooth as their ride.

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual Salary: 1500 x 14 months (Enjoy those extra payments in Summer and Christmas!).
Performance Bonus: Up to 80 x 11 months for reaching your goals.

What you will be doing: You wont just be handling calls. Youll be a Brand Ambassador for Audi. You will assist customers via phone chat and email troubleshooting digital products and solving inquiries with enthusiasm. No robotic scriptsjust high-quality professional conversations.

What we are looking for:

Danish (C2) and a good command of English (B2).
Tech-savviness and a solution-oriented mindset.
Legal Eligibility: You must hold an EU ID/Passport Residence Card Manifestação de Interesse or Visa Type D NIF.
