Job Title: SAP MES / QM Product Architect

Location: Hybrid Atlanta GA (Onsite 3 days per week)
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: $85/hr W2 (Maximum)
Work Authorization: USC / GC Only

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP MES / QM Product Architect to provide functional and technical leadership across SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME) and Quality Management (QM) solutions. This role plays a critical part in shaping digital manufacturing quality and sustainability strategies within a large-scale bottler and manufacturing ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in MES/QMS architecture S/4HANA integration and Industry 4.0 initiatives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable secure and high-value manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise across SAP ME and SAP QM platforms
• Shape and drive digital manufacturing quality and sustainability solution strategies
• Monitor Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing sustainability and quality trends translating insights into actionable architecture
• Lead MES and QMS integration with SAP S/4HANA and IoT platforms to enable connected manufacturing environments
• Deliver backlog items including:
  • Change requests (CRs)
  • Incidents (INCs)
  • Problem records (PRBs)
  • Change requests (CHGs)
  • Service requests
• Produce user stories effort estimates design documentation demos training materials development testing and automation deliverables
• Support cross-team initiatives aligned with priorities set by the Product Director
• Ensure consistent delivery through Agile SDLC and program governance frameworks
• Ensure all solutions meet security architectural and data governance standards
• Support value realization and ensure SLAs and performance metrics are achieved
• Collaborate across internal teams and bottlers while leading or coaching small teams (12 resources)

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with:
  • SAP PP/PI
  • SAP QM
  • Legacy MES platforms (e.g. CCI) including integrations and cross-module development
• Deep knowledge of Manufacturing Execution and Supply Chain processes KPIs and value drivers
• Strong configuration coding and solution design experience in manufacturing execution and production planning systems
• Working knowledge of sustainability and ESG data management including Scope 13 emissions
• Strong customer orientation with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to learn innovate and adapt
